The guides were amazing constantly lifting our spirits and continuously informed us about the highlights of the island and helped us feel involved and… read more as if we were advanced kayakers! We visited an eye opening cave which had light blue sparkly water and got the chance to take photos and swim in it! Later on we took a break to have some fresh fruit that was provided and at another stop we were given homemade tasty pasta with red sauce. Overall this was an unforgettable experience which will stay in my memory forever!!

  This was an amazing experience! Hours on the water with 34°C is not too hot at all. There is plenty of opportunity to swim. The cave, red starfish, coral and… read more swimming fish were the highlight of the trip but we’ll also not soon forget Yannis. He made the tour exptra special by his personality and his singing. It was our first time in a Kayak but not too difficult at all. They will also help you getting in and out of the kayak on the water. We brought our water proof phone cases so we also have lots of pictures for memories. It was an exciting and very fun day!

  We had a brilliant half day kayak adventure to the blue cave and around the bay and beaches of Mikros Gialos. We were really lucky to be just one couple… read more on the tour so had what was essentially a private trip and Yiannis was a tour guide of unparalleled expertise, charm and patience with our dodgy steering.

Highlights were stopping at a variety of tiny beaches, accessible only by boat, which also happened to be more or less empty on the day we went. Here we snorkelled to see yellow coral, red starfish and other marine creatures, nourished by iced coffees, fruit and biscuits. Also, the bat cave with its magical blue water and rare bat species – we didn’t manage to find Odysseus’ lost treasure (or Yiannis’ sunglasses) but it was an unforgettable experience.

Highly recommend for anyone in Lefkada who wants to see more of its stunning, unspoilt coastline and learn more about its history, mythology and sea life.
