Everything was clearly explained about the kayaks (first experience of feet operated rudder) before we set off from Mikros Gialos along the coast, stopping first at the hidden blue cave for a refreshing swim and for some a leap into the water too!

The next stop gave us the chance to see starfish up close and was impressed to see the care that was taken in handling these delicate creatures

Further stops for more swimming and a refreshing lunch made for a great day, even more enjoyable by the fun and energy provided by our hosts.
