I an 61 with a little kayak experience on rivers, I found the kayaking part relatively easy, I reckon anyone with a reasonable degree of fitness would be fine and Yannis will make sure you are fine. Nevertheless the weather was not yet perfectly hot and my initial concerns we were able to learn how to go in kayak (we did 10 km), saw the beautiful Blue cave, had a bath inside, reach small beaches, relax, sing, laugh, learn about islands around and Greek mythology and all the time feel completely save and comfortable!
